Members
The Hibbing Television Cable Commission consists of 5 members appointed by the City Council to three year terms. Board Members must be residents of the City of Hibbing.
Purpose
The purpose of the Hibbing Television Cable Commission is to propose to the Council such rules and regulations for the cable communication system as may be required to secure adequate and proper cable television service and to provide sufficient accommodations for the public.
All boards and commissions are governed by Chapter 2 Section 15 of the City Ordinances. In addition, the Hibbing Television Cable Commission is also governed by Chapter 2 Section 23 of the City Ordinances.
