Council members will consider amending Hibbing City Code Chapter 11 entitled "Land Use Regulation (Zoning)” by amending Section 11.39 entitled ‘Chisholm-Hibbing Airport Zoning Ordinance’ and, by adopting by reference Hibbing City Code Chapter 1 and section 11.99, which among other things, contain penalty provisions at its meeting on Wednesday, Dec. 17. Meeting begins at 5 p.m. in the council chambers at city hall.
