The City of Hibbing has adopted a Drug, Alcohol, and Cannabis Testing policy in accordance with MN. Stat. § 181.950 - §181.954 for job applicants and employees. Copies of the policy are available for inspection by job applicants or employees during regular business hours in the city’s Human Resources office.
